Review: Worth every penny!! - Buy it!! It’s completely worth the money! We rented a house a there said they cleaned the carpets, but when we got this we went back over everything and it was horrifying how dirty the water was. If you have carpet this is A MUST!!!! Pulled up all dirt stains, blueberry stains and food stains. (Carpet in the dining room 🤦🏾‍♀️) when walking barefoot you can feel the difference and how clean the fibers from the carpet are. MUST GO EXTREMELY SLOW. This is not a walk at normal pace, this is a snail pace and barely moving your feet. But results are very much worth the time. Also instructions were very simple, except for the cardboard piece in the spray part of the machine. No tutorial showed taking that out. Other than that it everything was smooth. It is loud and it does not have a water heater in the unit so only hot water is what you put in. It is plastic so don’t do boiling water. Love this machine! Also make sure to register it as soon as you receive it!

What we were doing initially was moving too fast, it was still cleaning but wasn’t drying quickly, which was remedied fairly easily by just going slower and also going back over the small section we had done first. Both of us agreed slow and steady would give the best results, and by slow I mean just that, slow…. But the amount of dirty we had gotten from the dirty tank was enough to tell us that despite vacuuming 2 times a week normally (and yes we vacuum slowly, not speed running it) definitely isn’t getting the whole job done. I looked at renting versus owning and we both felt owning was best for us, and the discussion between 2 motors or one surrounding this machine and the residential version, well I chose this one to be sure of no issues but also because being able to change the cord easily in case a dog chewed it was worth the difference. This carpet cleaner is definitely better than the vibrating brush versions of rug doctor, and frankly saving several hundred from rug doctors rotator brush machine, we cannot recommend this one enough. It does a excellent job, and we do plan to do the room we just did again in a week or so just to see if anything else comes up nearly like it did the first time. It is nice to be able to have the machine and invest the time at our leisure than that of renting all the time. Big plus in our book. If you are on the fence, I hope our review pushes you over and you but this or the residential, I’m sure either machine will do great, and we are definitely happy with the purchase. (Take note, we just got it and used it and this is the review, I don’t know about longevity yet)

**Q: Why is the one big green bissell 100.00 more than the other?--one is 399.00, and the other 499.00?**
A: The Big Greens, BG10 (commercial) and the 86T3, are EXACTLY the same machine, both powered by 2 motors. Same power, tanks, capacity, etc.
• The BG10 has a detachable cord (yellow) and does not come with the spot cleaning wand. You'll pay extra for these items.
• The 86T3 comes with the spot wand accessory and the power cord is not detachable.
So unless you need a detachable power cord the 86T3 is the better deal because you get the accessories and you'll save around $100. 5 min on Google and you'll find dozens of comparisons of the two models.

**Q: Is there a floor wand attachment that can be used kn the machine to do stair cases?**

A: I know I used to rent the commercial model, and I had a few that would leak the dirty water.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ MUST HAVE FOR CARPETED HOME OWNERS

My video review will speak for itself. Only downside for me is the attachment hose vacuum is only 10 ft long. Out at my farm property where I have a wedding venue business, we have a connecting stairwell.That's at least 20 ft white carpeted. Though I could move it upstairs and have length to do the top part of the stairwell , it's pretty heavy for a person who has neck and back injuries as myself. But that's okay.I can honestly hand clean those areas most likely and I searched bissell to see about a longer attachment but i couldn't not find anything so that's the only downside in my opinion for me. Still 5☆:) Also something I did not state in my video is that it does dry quickly ,The more passes you go over the area that you just cleaned with trigger engaged the dryer it will be become. The only thing I would highly recommend as well is to thoroughly vacuum your carpet if you have pets that shed. Though if you use your bissell and there's remnants of pet hair afterwards, relatively easy to pick up.
