This is the second Vanmass mobile holder I have purchased from Amazon to provide permanent fixtures in two cars. It is the latest 2022 upgraded version, it comes in a well packed box and I paid £22.49. The holder comprises three parts: a suction cap and adjustable arm, an adjustable phone holder and an air vent clip.I found the suction cup to be very effective on a windscreen (after cleaning) but less so on a leather facia. Once attached to a windscreen it is quite difficult (but not impossible) to remove. The telescopic arm extends to about 10 cm allowing flexible, accurate and stable positioning. The mobile holder is attached to the arm via a ball joint allowing wide angle adjustment and has a convenient, easy-to-use mechanism for adjusting width and height. I use a heavy mobile phone with dimensions 170mm x 80mm and the holder carried this very securely.The air vent clip has been redesigned for this model and it attaches securely and quickly to the car’s air vent mechanism. It also attaches to the holder via a ball joint and together they provide a strong and stable platform. However, in my car the plastic air vents are fairly flexible which allowed the clip and holder to move slightly so I preferred to use the windscreen attachment.I have used the holder on a variety of roads and driving conditions and am very pleased with its quality and performance. Once attached I have not experienced any problems and have no hesitation in recommending it.

High quality build, extremely solid, no vibration of the phone whist driving. Very strong grip to to hold the phone holder to the front windscreen. Even in the extreme heat the car holder remained firmly attached to the front screen. Used for iPhone 14 Pro without any issues. Well worth the money compared to the cheaper units that fall of the screen or vibrate whilst driving. Highly recommend.

The phone mount is a quality item, affixes solidly to the windscreen and holds phone well with no bounce/wobble when driving.One of the components broke on me, I contacted Vanmass to see if I could somehow purchase just that part, but they offered a complete replacement. This was well out of warranty and demonstrates excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them in the future.

I was quite happy with it. I have APPLE 15plus so it is quite big, plus I have a wallet case on it. It’s tight fitting it on but doable which is fine as I don’t use it all the time. However, I changed my car and had to take it off and I tried fitting it on my new car, however it fell off. I contacted customer service. I have to admit their customer service is 2nd to none. I got a reply immediately from Maggie who sorted me out and sent me another sticker. It’s now on my car and it’s perfect.

Works really well, installed for a couple of weeks now and has reliably held a large phone over a variety of road surfaces, including rutted and potholed tracks. Easy to place and remove the phone one handed too, and a wide range of positioning possible with the extendable arm.However, you may not be able to use a pre-installed base plate if you already have a previous one. When I received the holder I initially had major problems with the suction, as it kept falling off overnight. But after some fantastic support from the supplier (including sending me replacement suction bases to try) I figured out that the old base plate I was using, although having worked well for several years, for some reason was not compatible with this model of phone holder. I tried all sorts of things unsuccessfully for several days, until finally I tried gluing the supplied stick-on base over the top of my old one, and suddenly the suction worked perfectly. I still don't understand why, as my old base plate was simply a flat, smooth plastic base, seemingly like any other, but for whatever reason this phone holder doesn't work at all with my old plate but now works extremely well with the supplied one. Go figure.

I’m a truck driver so I’m in and out of different vehicles all the time. I’ve been looking for a holder that’ll accommodate my iPhone 12 Pro Max WITH its QuadLock case so I don’t have to keep taking my phone out of its case to put in a holder. After trawling the www, I found this - I was dubious at first, but I have to say - It’s spot on! It holds my phone IN its case with no issues at all. It can go bigger, so plenty of room for a big phone in a big phone case. It’s strong, sturdy and doesn’t flap around like some of the cheaper versions. Definitely well worth the money in my opinion 😊

Bought replacement as the plastic grew brittle after 2 years. Air vent installation works best for my 2016 Honda Jazz. Fits my Moto g62 including hard case. Easy to set up, very secure andeasy to pop phone in and out. Cheaper alternatives available but this one holds air vent securely.
