Good rope, just something…
The media could not be loaded. It is a good rope. However I thoght the rope was gonna be thicker, but it is good to train. And thanks for the replacements.

Fast action rope
I recommend using a light oil to lubricate the bearings prior to use. Smooth and fast action after lubrication. Good quality and easy to adjust size. I like that I can wrap it up into a figure 8, secure it with a hair band, boot blouser or rubber band and carry it in my pocket.

Only Issue Is Durability
Swings well and works as a really good rope before it gets chewed up by any rough surface.

Good rope but not so good size
The product is great but when it comes to sizing it for a tall person it doesn't live up to the instructions given with the rope.
