HOW TO MOUNT: FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY TO ENSURE THAT THE PROTECTORS ARE PROPERLY FITTED TO YOUR PADEL RACQUET Step 1 From a seated position, place your padel racquet with the handle between your knees and the head of the paddle pointing upward. Step 2 To locate the centre of the protector, you can fold it slightly in half or mark it with a marker. Step 3 Remove the film from the protector located at the back. Step 4 Hold the protector taut with both hands and align the centre of the racquet with that of the protector. Step 5 Check that the width of the protector (3.5cm) is aligned with the width of the racquet (about 3.8cm) so that it completely covers the head of the racquet, and start applying the protector by resting it on the centre of the racquet, keeping it taut at all times. Step 6 Proceed to the lateral ends, applying the protector always taut until it is fully stretched over the racquet. Step 7 With the palm of your hand, begin to press on and spread the protector from the centre toward the left and right sides of the racquet. Step 8 Repeat this operation more than once to eliminate any imperfections or air bubbles. If necessary, you can use a hair dryer to slightly warm the protector while it is on the racquet and continue to spread it with the palm of your hand. Does the job ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid durable protection but some air bubbles! *by S***T on 6 February 2025* Bought these to help alleviate my racket fear when someone plays a difficult ball in the corner and i must say i now dont worry about banging my racket as (so far) these strips have a protected my rackets. I've had a few hefty knocks since fitted and no damage to the racket and indeed no obvious damage to the strip itself These adhesive on these strips is very strong as you would want it to be and they are around 1.5mm thick which makes them pretty robust. They are folded which i assume is for postage purposes but does also help to identify the middle when fitting them, however i noticed that its quite hard to get them perfectly flat in middle as a result with one of my rackets having a noticeable line in the strip. Generally the strip is pretty easy to install if you take your time although i would say its pretty impossible to get it absolutely perfect due to the nature of the product but its stuck down well and no sign of it lifting at all. I will say that despite all efforts to avoid it, i have quite a lot of air bubbles every time ive installed these - not really noticeable from afar but very evident up close. Overall this is a small price to pay for the additional protection Pack of 3 is good value compared to other similar products.
