Really helps your body with health benefits and energising, it's overpriced because it's decomposed food by micro work which you are better off getting it from the real source and easy healthier. For better sleep quality you need to exhaust yourself mentally and physically which is not difficult.

I knew nothing about this resin so I did some basic research and apparently it’s a natural product from high up in the mountains which was discovered by locals noticing the monkeys really liking the stuff and (it gets better) the ones that were seen consuming it were more energetic, virile and strong.Who am I to say no to such a good origin story. So I tried it.SizeAbsolutely minuscule but then I saw the portion size and quickly sighed in relief.Size indeed does not matter. This tiny jar will definitely last many months.To give you an idea, it took me about a week and a half just to finish scraping off the resin from the cap.Methods of consumption:If you keep it in the fridge, it’ll be very stiff so you can gulp it quickly and be done with it - my preferred method.Some prefer dissolving it…into some sort of resin tea. Tried it once and won’t again.Others say you need to put it underneath your tongue (sublingual)…I’ll pass.Taste:Not going to lie, I have immediately associated this with some sort of poop (mind went to rabbit / goat poop, no idea why). Mind you, I’ve never actually tasted poop (of any sort) , but it’s one of those things that you’re almost convinced you know how it tastes like.For that reason, I’m thrilled that it’s so solid when cold and that it’s so concentrated that a tiny tiny dose can be sent down the throat followed by a gulp of orange juice or something to eliminate the aftertaste.What I’m saying is I really don’t like the taste but it’s so easy to swallow it’s not even a problem.Effects:Always incredibly difficult to attribute any change to one factor when it comes to supplements. I feel better but I’ve made other changes to benefit my health so I don’t know if it’s the resin but I’m happy that I feel great and I hope you do too, with or without it.

The media could not be loaded.  hmmm.... For sure, the strangest substance taste and texture-wise I have taken..It has a very earthy and mushroomy taste and scent. Both the scent and taste are very strong. This is a 100% adult product.It comes with a very little spoon, which is the tiniest spoon i have used also :)) It is metallic and cute.With a plastic spoon, it would be a little difficult to scoop some of the required dose of resin, given the texture, very thick and viscous, like lava...The package say that the benefits will kick in from 2-4 week assuming you are taking this daily.Although the jar is tiny, given the size of the spoon, it will last quite some time. I am definetely excited to see the results, and hopeful they as what they are advertised.By far, the most unusual substance I have taken.Both the taste and aftertaste are equally the same. It is a little bitter in the taste and some people may not like it. But it is pure.Interesting product.So far, cannot give it 5 stars because I am far away from knowing and experiencing the results. So far, the texture and taste suggest they might come in. I am looking forward to it.

I've been taking Salajeet or Shilajit for many yearsI usually buy when I'm abroad in the Karakoram where I've been to lots of timesso familiar with high quality stuffThis is very good - has the strong potent smell which this product has - so I can tell it's good quality.Smells awful and has a tar mud like consistency and tastes awful - so use a little.best way to take is a tiny amount - about a matchstick head worth in some hot milkOverall expensive but good quality

I have no idea if this has had any effect on my clarity of thought, virility or energy. I managed to get through an hour of football for the first time in 3 years recently, but I'm not sure I can put it down to taking this every day. It comes in a small jar with a very tiny spoon and despite the rather expensive price, it looks like it could last for years. I've been taking it in coffee, which is the easiest way to digest it as the bitter taste isn't quite as noticeable. I tried taking it directly from the spoon, which isn't easy with such a tiny, sticky amount. It tastes pretty foul without a hot drink to wash it down. It's a very earthy taste, but also reminded me of burnt rubber.There are many other positive reviews that go into the history and properties of this sticky, black gunk so I will keep taking it and hope the benefits become more apparant.
