Strictly Beds and Bunks - Somerset Pine Bed Frame with Underbed Storage, 2ft 6 Single

This product is NOT AT ALL what it states on the website it’s advertised as a full size single suitable for 40+stone yet does not come with screws to put in the support beams which flop out when a 6year old sits on the bed.The mattress I have put on pictures is standard single you can see the size difference in the pictures and if I put the mattress on the bed evenly the mattress dips in the middle which is causing my autistic son to be claustrophobic and terrified of bedtime because he cannot roll to either side.The firm sent me a letter separate to amazon saying they can’t accept a return now the order had been placed because their courier would loose the parcel and they wouldn’t get it back therefore cannot refund me. I’m absolutely disgusted at the appalling quality of the product and the downright vile customer service

The delivery was appalling, first was sent two parts not three was told to wait , waited another week, Then I waited in and was told the last part would be delivered, no one showed up, that happened twice with no one showing up ,Then waited in again for them to send somebody else's delivery with different address on it ,had to get them to take it back, Delivery men are rude and dumb they have one job to do and can't even do that right, but the bed itself was great when I finally got it, good quality, well worth the money

Very sturdy and even better quality than I expected . Instructions must be followed for assembly , it looks complicated but it really isnt that hard .Overall for the price id really recommend this .

Previously bought a 3ft singlenow this 2ft 6 for my 3rd bedroomvery good value

Night mare to fit, poor photo copied quality instructions, you can’t even see what’s in the picture, 2 of the wood bits is really visibly cracked , I haven’t contacted customer service, because no time to send pictures or I don’t want to go through all the hassles to send it back. Any way I bought to use it Ian out house , not good at all to use inside a house , it will spoil the beauty of your room .

Very happy with this product. Really solid well made beds with no problems putting together. They look quality not like the cheap flimsy pine you can get with imported goods where the sections never quite fit together! Just the job.

Arrived without bolts and screws also no instructions these were posted out two days later however if space is an issue as it was for us the bed is actually longer than the measurements provided we had to saw down both sides and re drill screw and bolt holes.....
