Yes after the toner application you should use face serum as it locks the moisture inside your skin giving your skin a glow.

Q: Its give burning sansation and also 3-4 tym used my skin is bumpy...then i used my mother then also give burning sansation ...what is the problm?

I also had the same burning sensation and believe it's not suitable for sensitive skin. It was really harsh for mine so if your skin reacts badly, don't continue with this product or find another product that is suitable for sensitive skin. I stopped buying toner from this brand.
