What an amazing gadget! I was sceptical about how a lighter like this would work, and I’m shocked at just how easily it works, how safe it is, and how well it does its job. It comes ready charged and with a USB C cable. It is elegant looking and has a lot of flexibility in the extended section. There’s a little sliding cover which protects the ignition button. One press of the button and the end sends an electric current across the two contacts at the end of the lighter. It has a moving hook at the base which means it’s easy to hang up anywhere. The product comes with a manufacturer provided 12 month warranty and “no return needed replacement” cover. This is simple to register online as you can see in the pics.

I already own 2 lighters. One is the old fashioned type that you refill with gas. I often find myself holding it at very odd angles trying to get the candle wick to light. I have nearly singed my eyebrows more than once. The other is a rechargeable lighter but doesn't have a flexible neck. So I thought I would give this one a go to see whether it actually makes a difference or is just another gimmick. I think it's brilliant. And it looks very smart too = no more hiding it away in a drawer somewhere. I have deducted 1 star because I think the charging cable is ridiculously short.

A product I never knew existed but a product that's changed my household. I was someone who likes candles and had gas filled lighters that I've never bothered to refill leading to my partner getting frustrated when they want to light a candle only to find that the traditional lighter is dead. This product is simple yet a game changer. It works so effectively and the neck being able to be bent makes this so much easier and stops you having to lift up the candle to get the perfect angle for a flame without burning your fingers. I very much like the fact that the product has a slide up security function so you cayn just accidentally press to enable. The small hook on the rear of the product for hanging up I imagine, would be useful to some but not myself. Short version: extremely happy I got this product as a rechargeable product that doesn't require me to go out and buy gas I can simply charge it up at home and enjoy a cost night in!
