Terrible tracking, terrible watch
Awful watch, very glitchy and location tracking was terrible, best it worked was within 1.5km, but very unreliable and frequently showed my son being in China (we live in Scotland) Huge delay on calls. We had to return one watch as it completely failed to communicate with the app. Was hoping the watch phone would improve with updates but no sich luck. Also the customer service is bot based, and struggles with complex engagement - lots of messages required. Please avoid. Have now bought and Xplora X6play that works as I would have expected a phone watch to, and also has a cheaper monthly subscription fee.

Great Product and super EASY to set up!
Bought this for my 10 year old, who had been going on about getting an Apple Watch. Considering that a 10 year old doesn't need a watch costing over £200, this is a an amazing alternative at a fraction of the price. This one by Moochies does everything we we were hoping for, namely voice calling, video calling, and GPS tracking (one of the reasons we wanted one is for safety, as my daughter has only recently started walking home from school alone. This gives us a bit of reassurance that we know exactly where she is, and there's also an 'alert mode' which means she can press a button to let us know if she feels in danger (thankfully not had to use that function yet! :-) I'm a complete technophobe, so am always worried when buying new gadgets, as it usually takes me ages to set it up or to understand what each thing is capable of. This was VERY EASY to set up and get going (it arrives partly charged, so you can begin set up quickly. Once we'd registered it and set up a pay as you go plan, it was ready to use properly within about 1.5 hours. Very simple functions, easy to use for both me and my daughter. She got the hang of it right away. I liked the option of being able to control how others can contact her - eg you can control what kind of contact people have by allowing them to either only do voice calls, or allow them to be able to video call also - this is dictated and controlled by the parent. Also like the fact that there are no games or social media accessible on the watch, which is a big plus for us. Would definitely recommend as a first smart watch, if you want the features of a phone too, without having to buy a phone.

Returned Watch
The watch was easy to set up & my son enjoyed interacting with it. However, it wouldn’t make calls out. When I called the watch, the call was usually abandoned due to the app crashing. My son tested the sos function and nothing happened. The gps was not accurate. Was indicating a location about 2 miles away at one point and at another time was showing the watch in a body of water miles away, when it was sitting beside me. I would not recommend this watch & have returned it.

Great quality and best gift ever for my son
Bought this for my 7 years old son Birthday.Great quality and stylish look. I love the feature of the GPS that will put my mind in rest when visiting the playground and my son want to be independent. Voice and video calls are favourites features for my son as he call granny on his own. He worn it all the time even in a shower too as it is water proof. My son is so proud having a watch like a Daddy. Great value for money and i have so happy kid. Highly recommending if you want to keep in touch with your kid, but not keen to give a phone at this early age yet.

Disappointing and frustrating
I don't ever write online reviews, but I was so disappointed with this watch, I was compelled to write this! The watch has many issues, many of which are just user experience niggles, but there is one that makes it fundamentally not worth getting...the app on my phone periodically logs out of my account for no reason. This makes it completely unreliable for my daughter to be able to contact me. If she was in danger or needed to contact me urgently, then there's a chance she wouldn't be able to reach me. Also, if you forget your password, the password reminder feature is useless. You'll either get no email after requesting one, or it'll take up to a day to land in your email inbox. Again, not being able to log into the app quickly to contact your child, makes the whole thing rather pointless. The battery for this thing is terrible. If you're lucky, you'll get 12 hours from a full charge. This is made worse that it takes over 2-3 hours to fully charge it! Not being able to send text messages via the watch is very annoying and I don't understand why it's not a feature. If there was a large selection of emojis to send then it wouldn't be so bad...but nope! You have around 20 to choose from. Plus I can't send a written message with an emoji attached to it, it'll wipe your message and only send the emoji. It'll also randomly delete your message history. With video calls through the app, you can only see your child's face and not your own face in the corner of the screen...like every other video call software in the planet! So you don't know if you're positioning the camera towards your face correctly. It has a function to turn off the watch's features during school time. Sounds good in theory but unfortunately it's poorly executed. It allows you to set one on-off period in the morning and one in the afternoon. This is not ideal if your child has two break-times as well as a lunchtime. Plus you can only set times within 30 minute blocks, it should really be 15 minute blocks. This means there are overlaps when the the watch is on during class time. There is a safe-zone feature, but again, it's clunky. It is extremely difficult to gauge what the safe zone is once it's been set up. You are shown where your Home is on an adapted Google Maps, and there's a bar at the top of the screen with various distances on it. If you toogle the bar you would think perhaps a circle would start to radiate from your Home position so you can visually see what the safe-zone is for your child...but nope! Nothing appears on the map. You're left to eye-ball the distances and hope for the best. Making actual calls on the watch is OK, although the sound breaks up every now and then. Also the little camera is fine and does the job. My biggest concern is how poor the software is that connects the watch to my phone. It is clunky and rudimentary. There has been no software update made available for this for months now which is very concerning. The developers have made no effort to iron out the long list of issues. For the price, I was not expecting some fancy hi-tech gadget. However, I did expect it to do the basic stuff it said it could do.
