Fantastic Tool for Lawn and Garden Care
I recently purchased the Moss Spreader 24 Inch Compost Spreader, and I couldnโt be happier with its performance. Itโs incredibly easy to assemble, and the upgraded T-shaped handle makes it comfortable to use, even for longer periods. The roller design allows for an even distribution of compost, fertilizer, or topsoil, which has drastically improved the look and health of my lawn. The spreaderโs size is perfectโwide enough to cover a lot of ground but still manageable. Overall, this tool has made lawn and garden maintenance much easier and more efficient. Highly recommend for anyone serious about keeping their yard in top shape!

TINY instructions
I would've paid $1 more for one more piece of paper so you could print the assembly instructions on a own sheet of paper, that way they would actually be big enough for me to understand what's going on. The washers don't even get included in the inventory list so I had no idea what washer went with what bolt and in what order they would go on the bolt. I made it work cuz I said a quick prayer and you know my prayer game is strong. But I do have a lot of washers left over. The other complaint is that the latch didn't line up on one side so I had to "convince" it with a hammer. It got the idea after a little bit of love taps. The unit itself does its job well enough, so functionality is good, just needs worth while assembly instructions.

Unusable.
Horrible. I expected flimsy and cheap, but I didnt expect it to be unusable. The latches do not line up preventing you from closing the lid. The circular sides are identical not mirrored preventing you from assembling it properly. I wouldve been better off throwing the money away.

Excellent, no issues, worked perfect.
Relatively inexpensive, worked perfect so far. I used it to toss peatmoss down after dethatching, aeration and seeding. My neighbor borrowed it as well and said it was excellent as well. Instructions could be better but it's pretty simple to assemble. Be prepared to use a lot of material, I want through 7 bags of peat (3 qbft bags) in a smaller lawn. Bonus the grates catch a lot of large junk in the material, had to dump it twice with those 7 bags of peat.

It works BUT...
Assembly which I feel required two pair of hands at times was somewhat of a challenge considering the step by step instructions were minimal and could have been more detailed in my opinion. Before I continue, let me add that the first unit that arrived was missing a vital component so assembly was delayed until another unit arrived. Perhaps it was boxed up on a Monday or Friday. I returned the unit that was missing a vital component after the replacement unit arrived. The first time I used it with top soil bags from HD it did a nice job in screening any larger filler material however after a few runs up and down my lawn it began to bind up as I was pushing it. Not wanting to investigate what was causing it to bind, I reversed direction to cover the next course. After being done, I looked at the area where the handle forks are connected to the gage drum. I did not see anywhere that it would have caused it to bind. I checked each of the lock bolts and they were fine with ample room to allow rotation. Perhaps my next outing will shed more light of this mysterious binding occurrence. Well there you have it. My review based on my experience thus far. I will be using it throughout the summer and if any earth shattering addendum is warranted to this initial review I shall post it. Your experience may differ.

Nice compost spreader, well built, good price
Nic unit, simple assembly, took about 30 minutes. Warning - the disposable tools they send are barely adequate, if you have a set of metric end and allen wrenches it will go much easier. It works great, does what it's supposed to. Looked into renting one of these locally and since I needed it for several days it was cheaper to buy than rent.

Great tool to have
First and foremost I recently put new sod in my backyard because I had a pool installed, and the backyard was destroyed during installation. I had to level the ground and during the process, I bought this handy dandy tool it was easy to use and the assembly was super easy it's made of good quality no paint chipping or cracking plus it performs very well and has had no issues with it I mixed compost and soil and went to work I would recommend the tool.
