Very easy to use once connected to the Smart Life App, although this took a little bit of time to accomplish. If you're buying it for an elderly or non technical person it may present challenges! Hardware wise it seems the same as the Ecostrad IQ range....the control panel is identical so Youtube guides are available

BEEP!
It makes a loud beep when switching on/off. Hopeless in a bedroom. Also the control screen is over complicated. Expensive for what it is.

How Does Anyone Programme This Heater??
This is a nightmare to programme. It is utterly complicated and the manual is completely useless. We have resorted to YouTube to try to set this up. REALLY Guys!! A simple programme ie day mode plus required temperature from probably 6.00am to 6.00pm then a night mode from 6.00pm until 6.00am plus required temperature! SIMPLE... If anyone has managed to set this please let us know how. So far we are cold during the days and sweating at nights.

Once programmed, it works fine
Fast delivery. Beautiful, modern and ideal size, this heater met my expectations. I had to program it manually, directly on the display because the wifi didn't work for me. Fortunately, it's not complicated to program manually. I only use wifi when I need to turn the heater on or off and not to program. As my expectation was to do everything through the app and that was not possible, 4 stars.
