This stuff is so damn good. I use it all the time in savoury recipes to make beefy-flavoured mock meats, and added to gravy it is absolutely KILLER! <3

It's cep powder
It looks fine, it tastes fine. The pot is downmarket plastic so I hope it keep fresh as I use it. It did arrive promptly and in good condition

Unlabelled plastic bag - could be anything
The powder smells good but it comes in an unlabelled plastic bag. My wife refuses to let me use it as a result, saying that she can't believe I would eat something from an unlabelled bag bought from the internet.

Live lobsters with your dried mushrooms?
I was about to buy this product and thought I'd check out your other goods to see if there was anything else I needed. You're selling LIVE lobsters via mail order to be boiled alive! No, it's not air escaping, no, it's not a reflex reaction - Lobsters feel pain just like any other animal. Why wouldn't they, because it makes people feel better to think they don't.Sorry, they do.
