Yes these are big, but that's what I need! I am a big guy with a big mouth and big teeth. All my other mouth guards get shredded to pieces within a couple of months, but these have lasted me a long time. The quality and durability is amazing, the price is great, and they are very comfortable and don't develop sharp edges. They also don't yellow like my other mouthguards do for some reason.10/10, the only brand I will buy from now on.

These are better built than most you can find. That makes them a little more clunky in the mouth and a little more finagling to get them to form directly. Pretty great other than that!

The instructions were quite clear however, I don’t believe I got a really good fit. They are really nice and heavy. However, I don’t know why I feel like I am gagging every time I put them on at night, and I feel like I can dry heave.I’ve actually tried to wear them during the daytime to try to get used to it for nighttime, because I am a heavy, heavy clencher. Overall I believe they would be very good and I’m hoping I can wear them at night moving forward.

Don't waste your money on these. I opted for the kind that molded to your teeth that you send away to a lab. Those are comfortable and fit and you can sleep. These cheap ones don't fit right and are HUGE. They also don't fit well even after 'molding' in hot water.

I’ve tried a few different mouth guards since my dentist recommended wearing one while sleeping. These are by far the best that I’ve used. Slim, form fitting and no weird taste that I’ve experienced with others. I have yet to wake up without them still in place. I’ve ordered twice now due to losing track of my others while traveling. I would recommend these to anyone!!

So happy I found this! I grind my teeth and cannot afford to get the one from my Dental Office any longer. This was super easy to use, easy to mold, and after one nights sleep, already can feel the difference. Great Product!

It helped a little bit but it was super uncomfortable to keep in the mouth during the night.
