Easy to assemble and comfortable to use
These push up grips can be assembled in one minute and ready to use. The hand grips are comfortable and the feet don’t slide around.on the floor. I can do my ‘girl’ push ups or full extension push ups and it’s much more comfortable than using my hands directly on the floor. Highly recommend!

Foam pad is too thin.
Perfect for disassembling for travel. Only complaint is that the foam pad isn't thick enough.

Helped with wrist problems, but caused hand pain
I have wrist issues that flare up while exercising (especially with pushups, planks, etc.), and I thought these might help. They arrived with a bit of assembly needed -- the four "feet" were unattached, but I just pressed them on, put a little weight on the handles, and they clicked into place. The Pros: I found these helpful for pushups, and they're great for things like burpees because they can give you a little bit more range to get stronger and more flexible while doing the work. With pushups, you can even go a little deeper to work more muscles in your shoulders and back. They did indeed take some of the pressure off my wrists. The Cons: While they took some of that pressure off my wrists, they reallocated it to other areas on my hands. For me, the padding isn't sufficient --even 5 or so pushups made my hands sore. I suspect I'd get used to this in time or could try some padded gloves to ease this issue. The other con -- the "feet" are hard plastic. I had anticipated rubber, which would grip just about any floor and protect it. The plastic on these has enough friction built in that they do okay on mats or carpets, but I would be worried they would slip on or gouge my hardwood floors. So, I give three stars because they do help with my wrist issues and with doing some moves that rely on strength and flexibility I don't have yet, but they're slippery on some surfaces and not padded enough for me on their own.**I received this from Amazon's Vine program and have provided my honest review.
