A&B is "flash pasteurized", which is the same pasteurization used for the tetra paks, as I understand it, so the nutrients should be comparable. They heat theirs at a lower temp than, say, Zico's, but for a bit longer. If you google "Crossfit Adventure" and this coconut water brand name, you'll see the article about the specifics: A&B heats their juice to 160-165 degrees for 15-20 seconds so that the nutrient content is undiminished. Also, the can is not BPA - it is Aqualure 900~19%. The other brand I liked the taste of, Nature Factor, does heat up their CW to a very high degree, so that one may be of concern nutrients-wise. Not A&B.One of the reasons this brand tastes so much better than others is that it uses young coconuts.  You can research this further if you like.  This is the only brand I buy now.  None of the others compare.  I think Nestle is behind one & Coke or Pepsi produces another.  Hope this helps.

4 years after i last purchased this product, why does it still have a brownish tint to it??

I never transfer the product into a glass, therefore never notice the colour of the product. However taste wise the flavour is very close to what I got when drinking the "water" from the coconut. 
I grew up with 2 coconut palms in our backyard. Whenever I wanted a coconut all I had to do was knock it out of the palm tree and dehusk it. It was a great childhood!

Whats the difference between pure, and original flavors?  original only lists "young coconut water" in ingredients, so how it it not pure?

Original and pure are the same flavor. Both are the pure water from young coconuts. In the past, "Pure" was the flavor title for the smaller 10 oz size of Original on Amazon, but that has been updated to avoid any confusion.
