We have one bathroom (the most used one in the hallway) with ice cold water, it takes 3-4 minutes to normally warm up unless the shower is being run then it warms up quick. Instead of having a plumber come out, I decided to try this. Really easy install and the water is warm within a few seconds! It even gets hot! It will be so nice to wash our hands with warm water in the winter :)

It does get hot but it has to be hooked up to a main water source in order for it not to overheat and trip the breaker box

This supplier cheated me by sending an opened returned defective item to me. I had to pay the contractor to install it and it didn’t heat up to normal temp. When I tried to contact them no response. Never buy from this company that has no respect for customers time.

don,t waste your money if you want to heat water you have to reduce the flow to a dribble. whats the point.

Only good for low water flow.
