I bought this to use on my stomach with castor oil and it works fine. Its definitely big enough for heavier people because the belt is adjustable.

Yo lo compré para usarlo durante mi periodo y me super encantó el tamaño es perfecto la temperatura tiene tres niveles muy buenos tenía dudas que no fuera ser lo suficiente caliente la temperatura pero si es bastante caliente eso es lo mejor y el tamaño.
