How to: Lubricate nipple and rim of the cup, center the cup over the nipple, squeeze out all the air and press down firmly on breast. As you release the cup will draw in the nipple into the cup to almost full. I like to give it a twist to make sure the lubrication is even and not pulling weird. If you can’t fill the cup yet after maybe 2 minutes redo the suction to get the maximum pull. Details: Size 3 is the longest and 2nd widest. Size 4 is slightly shorter yet wider.
