Good for pooping
These are overall good, but it does send me to the bathroom running multiple times a day. However without it I get constipated so not sure what’s better lol I’m on zepbound so I don’t notice if this adds to appetite control but I will say that as someone with PCOS that stopped taking metformin and is taking this as a replacement, it has lowered my testosterone and insulin resistance more than metformin ever did the years I was taking it. I’m removing a star because I think the dose is too high for regular use because it gives me bubble gut, but I would definitely buy it again. Maybe I’ll only take one gummy per day instead

I’m not positive these work, but I keep ordering them and taking them! I like all the ingredients and I think any health supplement isn’t hurting & doing some sort of good. They taste amazing too!!

Not really sure if they are working or not. They seem to help a little. I take 2 in the morning. I'm thinking about taking 2 more before dinner. I will see if that helps too.

Not losing weight quickly, but the will to try harder.
I love this stuff. Not even four weeks in my blood pressure has dropped cravings for sweets down, more energy than I need. The only set back is that I am thirstier than before.
