Ordered this new washing machine and once assembled and turned on, the washing machine started to shaking violently with extremely loud noise. Machine was switched off immediately and a refund / exchanged was requested .

good working and for small family only because the washing drum small only but nice product good for the price

I bought this product last month , and now it isn't turning on or working. And I contacted the customer care for warranty ,one of the technician came and without checking he claimed pcb main board damage and need to repair and it will never covered the warranty. If you are looking for better product not go for this & with my knowledge one of the irresponsible customer care also.

I need help fixing the problem with this washing machine , it's walking and making very noise while working, please send me a help team.

This washing machine is of poor quality and a complete waste of money. On the second day of use, the water nozzle cracked, causing the entire laundry area to flood. This unexpected inconvenience in the middle of the night was truly disappointing. I wish I could share photos to illustrate the situation.
