Ideally you need a tall beer glass in which you should mix this with 400ml of water. Effect? No immediate high tension feeling. You will not get burning/itching sensation on your skin. Workout effect? Your focus improves. Your muscles feel ready to work. You will sweat within 20 minutes of using this. This is a standout feature. Other preworkouts may not make me sweat but this pre-workout always makes me sweat. I have managed to do 50-60 sessions with relative ease. I like this powder. Overall?
