I get through a great deal of these, almost every night I use a pair in winter and the surrounding colder months, as I'm in the habit of a long night walk before bed every day and would otherwise get frostbite, even through thermal gloves. I put one in each glove and that's that, toasty hands for the whole journey. These last a long time, if I start them at 10pm, they're still giving off noticeable heat at 7am the next day and remain at near peak output for at least four hours from the outset - they do get very hot if confined, might be too warm for some people in some situations, but I often keep them in my chest pocket or gloves and throw them in my bed when I get home to help in the night, no bother, just a good product. Disposable, yes, but it's essentially just a material pocket filled with iron fillings, for the main, initially sealed in a thin plastic wrap - they react with air to activate, the plastic wrapper is non-negotiable.

Best handwarmers of this type that I have found. They keep warm for at least 8 hours.

They are G-d sent. So useful. Small and easy to hold either in your hands or even in your pocket. In your pocket they stay hot for even longer, keeping not only your hands warm but your entire body.

A great product - obviously good for hands, but also great for aches in the knees, shoulders etc. So long as you keep them covered they will stay hot ALL day. if you leave them in the air, they will go cold and hard.

These stay warm all day, best if activated a little while before activity so they warm up. I keep mine for those days I know they will be most needed and carry them in a pocket so I can pop them into my hands as soon as I feel the need. Very pleased with them.

Love these things! I throw a packet in my boots to keep under my toes and in these SK temps, it totally keeps my feet from seizing up in the winter. I’ll also throw packets into my coat pockets so when my fingers get cold I can just hold onto them to reboot my fingers and go back to doing whatever I was doing before. They last for quite some time too, usually get about 4-6 hrs of heat from them.
