Great Taste, High Protein & Mixes Really Well
've been using NAKPRO Impact Whey Protein (Cookies & Cream) for my daily protein intake, and it's been a great experience. Each serving provides 24g of protein, mixes smoothly with water or milk, and has a rich Cookies & Cream flavor that isn't overly sweet. The added digestive enzymes make it easy on the stomach, and I haven't experienced any bloating. It fits well into my post-workout routine and helps me meet my daily protein goals. Overall, it's a high-quality protein powder with great taste and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Don't waste your money. Amino acid profile is hidden. Substandard
Do not buy this substandard whey. This whey protein powder is too smooth, tastes like nothing, and dissolves instantly in ice-cold water, it strongly suggests one or more of the following: What This Likely Means 1. Low-quality protein or amino spiking High-quality whey (especially concentrate) has a natural dairy taste, slight texture, and even a bit of froth. If it tastes like nothing, it could be: Over-processed whey with protein structure partially denatured. Spiked with individual amino acids (like glycine, taurine, glutamine) that aren’t complete proteins but help boost the "protein count" on the label.Glycine especially has no real flavor and dissolves quickly. 2. Deliberately masked formulation No flavor = possibly trying to hide a very low protein-to-volume ratio. Cheap brands often use heavy instantization techniques, gum stabilizers, or even maltodextrin hidden under other names like “carbohydrate base.” 3. Absence of full-spectrum amino acid profile Most reputable brands will display the amino acid breakdown clearly (BCAAs, EAAs, etc.). If they don’t, there’s usually a reason: they’re not hitting the proper BCAA content, which is critical for muscle maintenance and growth. This Protein will not help you build Muscle Properly Don't waste your money here like I did.
