Helps with your energy level and helps increase your blood platlets levels. Great value for a fair price as you only need to take one capsule a day. Wish I would have found this supplement sooner !!!

I'm new to taking papaya, but taking this has been great for my skin. It might have been good for my platelets, but I don't have an objective way to determine that, so I'll just touch on the things that I can see. My hair and skin feel so much better after taking this. I also like that it's made in the USA and that it is made in a cGMP Certified Facility. This is a high quality papaya supplement that I'm glad I ordered!
