Overall great Rollator with some (Easily solvable) design nitpicks
We bought this for my wife who has MS and can only walk short distances unaided. This is her second rollator but the first one, although great for giving her initial confidence to move independently had solid wheels and did not deal with kerbs and bumpy paths well - not great as we spend a lot of our time in Portugal where cobbles are almost everywhere. This one certainly solved that problem, the bumps from the cobbled paths in Portugal were absorbed without exhausting her and the larger wheels made mounting kerbs a lot easier. Overally it's a really good rollator, sturdy and well made. Some reviewers mentioned difficulty in assembly, I did not have a problem though you need to make sure you get the bolt holes in the wheel rod which goes into the chassis in alignment with the holes in the frame - which was a bit fiddly until I realised. Overall, great value for money, stable and versatile. A couple of points: 1. Descending high curbs can be tricky as the large front wheels can swing into each other and effectively jam the rollator in the gully. 2. As mentioned in other reviews, the bag is not well held on and can pop off easily. I solved this by jamming wine bottle corks into the bag retaining claws (see picture). They stay there very well but I keep a spare handy in case. 3. The plastic wing nuts which retain the front wheel supports are rather exposed and one of ours broke off on impact with a door frame, resulting in the bolt falling out. This meant the wheel could fall out of the frame if lifted off the ground. I made a temporary retaining solution by putting a cable tie thorugh the bolt hole, then later replaced that and the remaining front wheel wing bolt with M6 35mm bolts and nylon sleeved locknuts. Now the wheels are no longer vulnerable to careless airport baggage handlers or door frame damage and highly secure. These bolts are available from Amazon as a pack with matching locknuts (also pictured). If you need to release them it only takes a hex key and pliers or a small spanner. 4. Unlike our previous one, this had no clip to keep it folded for putting into a car boot or checking in at airports. My solution was a velcro strip which gets wound around the handlebars after folding and keeps them there nicely. It can be wound around a single handlebar when not needed. 5. It's worth checking the tightness of the various nuts and bolts regularly otherwise as mentioned in other reviews things can loosen and start to rattle. I suggest also keeping an eye on the tyre pressures as they can deflate, especially after being in an aircraft hold.

Good to get out again
I’m very pleased with my purchase. It arrived as stated and earlier than expected. The instructions for assembly were straightforward. I did find aligning the holes quite difficult I could have done with two people. But once one aligned the other was easy. I have taken it out into the meadow with an all weather path and it was easy to handle and moved easily over the terrain. I also took it into the woods and again it was stable. It moves easily over gravel pathways. It is good to be able to be able to sit when needed. The seat and backrest are comfortable. The Rollator is sturdy and well made. It folded easily and fitted into the car boot. I’m delighted with it and it will make a big difference to my life. The best thing is that when I’m using it I’m not in pain when walking. The first time for nearly 3 years. I’m looking forward to being more mobile and being able to take my dog out for walks again.

Recommended - but it is not perfect.
The rollator is easy to assemble and of sturdy construction. There is a slight problem with manoueverability, compared to my other rollator. This may be due to the larger front wheels. However, with large wheels and pneumatic tyres, it is a much smoother ride. The handle height is a bit low - they could do with being at least one "notch" longer. The bag is large, but does come off the fixings rather too easily, if not full of items. I have yet to test it over rougher ground.

Sturdy walker giving freedom to the user!
My 79 year old mother was struggling to walk far or normally but immediately with this she has confidence and I was impressed with how well and quickly she walked with it. As soon as she asked about one I saw the options on Amazon and decided this sturdy one with good wheels, a cup holder (she has to sip dioralyte all day long so this is a major plus) and good engineering was the one to go for. I am not disappointed. The additional cane holder may also come in handy in the future. This is certainly going to give her more freedom and I wouldn't be surprised if she is walking without it generally in a couple of months after getting more strength while using it. I found everything lined up perfectly and the engineering and finish top notch. They might not make Volkswagens like they used to, bit this is good. In my opinion it's good value for money.

Dangerous and poor quality
I bought this rollator on the 6th of April, a couple of weeks after my husband died as I needed something better than my old regular walker to take my dog over to the green to let my dog have a run around. It seemed ideal with the larger wheels and being advertised as a "All Terrain" rollator walker, I mean I wasn't going in the forests with it, or climbing a mountain, just the green over the road. I just needed it to help deal with holes left by horses’ hooves, which since I've had it hasn't been needed as the parish council have been cutting the grass more often and you can see where the holes are. OK so it arrives and my son put it together for me. One of the front wheels had to be removed straight away as when we went to blow the tire up the pump couldn't attach to the valve to put air in as the valve had a big chunk taken out of it. A replacement was sent out immediately after contacting and sending photos of the issue to the company by email. The rings underneath the seat have been causing issues. I will just say that I am careful when folding because I did see that there might be issues with the folding, so I have been careful when doing so. But when it first happened my mum was picking me up in a busy road and I attempted to fold it, it wouldn't do so. I was getting in a real panic as there was a huge line of traffic. In the end I had to take the front wheels off so I could get it in mums’ little car, I couldn't fold it, it was a hard job, but I just about managed. Since then, after attaching the ring etc back together it has done it a fair few times and I struggle with it. It is also affecting the strap on the seat, which is what you pull up to fold the walker which is not taut like it was. The rings underneath are no longer rings as you will see in the photos, they need more substantial rings to cope with the job. And I can see that eventually the webbing that the rings go through will probably wear through. Since then, we have noticed (because we didn't fit the extras initially) there was no part to hold the drinks cup in place so it's useless, it was also missing the wingnut or bolt, whatever was suppose to hold it together and add to the stability of the walker. I decided to give it a check over and I also found that, one of the caps from the back of the seat is missing, not a massive thing, but I have managed to scrape myself on it a few times. I emailed the company and received a reply apologising again and sending me a link on Amazon to buy a new cup holder and attachment WHEN they are in stock, personally I don’t think I should be the one paying for this to be replaced? Also initially the walker was lovely and quiet, which was perfect for me and was wonderful after dealing with the noisy regular hard wheeled walkers, especially being out early hours of the morning, I felt that I had been waking people up, but that went after a while, it is now squeaky, creaky and makes all kinds of noises. So now I come onto the worst bit…yes there is more, and it’s dangerous, in the last few weeks my walker has developed a real bad wobble in the front wheels, including when I am crossing the road. I have seen other people have had the same problem too, but remember, I ordered this the beginning of April, I’ve had it 3 months. It’s dangerous and makes the stability crap. There is movement in the whole walker, it is not stable. I haven’t emailed the company about this because to be fair I no longer seem to be getting anywhere with them. I am struggling to know what to do. This is not what I expected from an All-Terrain walker, it’s not what I expected from any walker in this short amount of time. It has made my life more miserable at a time when I didn’t need it

My father loves this, he enjoys his walks so much more now.
My father is 92 and marvellous for his age but is beginning to get more unsteady in his feet. As he likes to her 4000 steps in a day, he goes for walks but recently decided that just a walking stick wasn’t enough to make him feel safe and stable. He had a rollator in the house, originally bought fit my mother some year ago. He tried it and although it gave him greater stability, the wheels were just solid rubber. As the pavements around where he lives are mostly tarmac and, in many places, distorted by tree roots and general wear and tear, he found the solid wheels of the old walker transferred too much vibration up to the handles and was very uncomfortable on his hands and wrists. So, after much searching and many enquiries, I was eventually directed to this model, with its pneumatic tyres. This is exactly what he needs. The pneumatic tyres absorb the vast amount of vibration from the ground and he finds it so much more comfortable and easy to walk with. He really likes the shopping bag on the front because it means he can walk up to the local supermarket and bring back a few things without having to carry them back, especially if it’s weighty things like milk or sugar. He thinks the walking stick holder on the side is a great idea, too. And the cup holder and he’s looking forward to the nice weather when he can collect a cup of coffee from the shop, then walk to the local park and then sit in the rollator to drink it in the sunshine. The walker is very easy to fold up, so it fits in the cupboard under the stairs when not in use. Although the wheels make it bit bulkier than the other one he had, it can still fold and go in the boot of my SUV. When you unfold it and press the seat down, it latches down with an audible, satisfying click so you can be confident it is fixed down. But a sharp tug on the handle in the centre of the seat will unlatch it easily and allow you to fold it up. I can see, because it’s so much easier to push this one along, it allows him to stand straighter, rather than bent forward, battling with the vibrations of the old one. I got it delivered direct to his house and suggested he wait till I visit to put it together but he decided he’d do it himself. He did find that quite hard, although he is a very practical man with a DIY bent. He found it hard to identify the pictures in the instructions booklet as relating to parts of the rollator. However, having said that, he did eventually get it put together and working properly - though I think many elderly people would find it tricky and would need help to do it. But, once it’s together, it is a really great accessory to help people who need that extra support walking and to increase their independence and confidence.

It’s really smooth over bad pavements and gravel.
I’ve only had it under a week so I can’t say anything on its durability. However I am very pleased so far. I managed to put it together myself but it took me about an hour to do so. Mostly because I kept on studying the instructions but it did slot together very easily and it’s very sturdy , I am currently 16 stone and I feel confident it will take my weight easily . My other rollator that I used and still do for around the house was terrible outside. It rattled and I felt every bump and it vibrated up my arms. I really wanted to go outside but I was put off because it hurt my arms. This beauty is the rolls Royce of rollators and I should know because to date I have purchased 9. I have been able to walk to my local park everyday without any issues. The tyres take all the impact and it rolls smoothly even over uneven surfaces. I have taken my 2 Pomeranians out for a walk and they are very impressed. The seat is a the right height for me as I am 5ft 7inches . It’s comfortable and the back support is padded. I could sit on it for a long period if I had to. The bag is a generous size and I can put all my bits in it. The cup holder is a nice touch and I put my coffee flask in it . It’s given me the confidence to think about going further a field. It’s a big thumbs up from me 👍

Good
I like this rollator alot, it does all terrains well although it is heavier than my old walker so it does veer a bit but it just takes a bit more strength to keep straight. It does gravel well and bumps in the pavement arent an issue anymore. The walking stick holder is not the best and the handles are rough, i cant find out what they're made of but i suspect theres some latex in there as its taking the skin off my palms even through orthopedic gloves. I have now wrapped the handles in foam to try combat this. Cup holder is a nice addition and it feels sturdy.

It's Worth It!
Was delivered today and my mom is going to L-O-V-E it! My mom is 95 y/o - and she will not be able to lift this in and out of the trunk of her car, so she will need assistance. My husband did the assembly and it was very easy to follow w/ instructions and visual watching the video. I ordered the gold tone because -everyone seems to have either a black or a red rollator walker. Figured this color would be easier to quickly identify in the airport or if it happens to be parked outside in public places among other walkers. The body is sturdy and the materials are smooth and sleek. The fabric is thick well stitched and heavily reinforced throughout. The handles are substantial and very comfortable to grip with a very simple break/lock mechanism located directly underneath the handles. THE WHEELS... are very well made with actual grooved treads with the front tires requiring air to inflate. It's smooth to push and it glides and turns well. However, you do need to guide it -point it- it where you want to go. The wheels roll easily and pivot well. There's a step/riser on both rear tires to allow raising of the front wheels to accommodate curbs and thicker thresholds. The cup holder is quite conveniently places on the right side and the front storage bag is very generous and allows for many items to be placed inside and properly secured with thick velcro. The seat is ample size and the back cushion strap has a nice curve in it to hug the back. For the price, this brand and model CANNOT be beat - and it's well worth the price point. It easily collapses and folds too. Just a simple pull of the strap on the seat and the folding mechanism begins and is complete when you clasp both handles together. The cane holder is another nice feature however, it's not going to work for my mom because she uses a 4 prong walking cane - but her cane does collapse, so we shall see. All in all, we are pleased. I do wished it had an optional plastic bag that I can use at the airport for TSA, but that's not a deal breaker for me.
