I like them but I had to order twice. Be sure you check whether your knob should turn left of right to screw on. The first one I got screwed on the wrong direction. It works great once I got the right one. This is the know to raide or lower the handles on the rollator.

Just what I needed to replace fasteners that had fallen out of my mom's walker
My mom has dementia and multiple physical health issues. She is in a Memory Care facility. The patient care manager called me to say that "one of the wheels is bent", which made no sense. I visited the facility and found that a few fasteners had disappeared, presumably worked their way out. I put it back together using parts from this kit, and took the precaution of adding low-strength thread locker. Success!
