I wouldn't use these for a cross country move but for packing up my kitchen (for repairs) to store things in a bedroom they worked very well. They are sized right for dishes, not that pricey for temporary storage. There plenty to use.

I got these sheets to put in between plates and glass items when packing to move. It’s super light weight, enough to protect your items, I love it!

Item was perfect for what I needed for packaging 200 plates for storage.

Do not buy! These are the thinnest flimsiest cheapest made foam sheets we’ve ever purchased. Don’t waste your money or time.

The amount shown in the picture is misrepresenting the amount you actually get. I bought a pack of 100 a week ago for $30. I received 25? For $19? A very thin pack. Very disappointing. Will be returning for sure.
