Not for me.
I bought this after seeing this person on a short for the high protein/low cal “cheesecake” as a replacement for the corn starch. I’d been making it with corn starch 2 times a week and loved it but thought I’d try to increase the protein with this product. It made the consistency and taste really bad. I ate one serving of it but ended up throwing the rest away because it was so unpleasant. For me, it is really not worth the price or the protein.

Tastes salty
This product has sodium it tastes salty . Whatever you are baking will get salty specially if your desert or brownie calls for salt don’t add the salt since I can’t return it I have been using it in my recipes in lieu of salt about 1/2 a teaspoon or so figured I’ll use it as salt and get tiny bit protein when doing so …
