I needed to give it a little help to reach the top edge. I dropped my phone recently and thought the phone cracked, but it was thankfully just the protector, meaning it did its job! The installation process, both after I cracked it and the first time I put it on was really easy. there is a kit inside that helps you align the protector onto the phone, and both times there has been no air bubbles! To each and their own, but I think the feel of the protector on the phone is pretty smooth too.
