Not sure about the health benefits, but a good salt. This is supposed to have electrolytes in it. The main reason I purchased it. Strong salt flavor. Nice color. Comes in a resealable plastic bag. Heavy, strong plastic. A little pricey, but what isn't today. I just hope it has the minerals in it that they claim it has. Texture is a little more course than table salt. As far as cooking, you'll have to experiment with it. It does have a little stronger flavor than regular salt.

Love this salt!! I make an electrolyte drink with a splash of real lemon in 40 ounces of water, some Stevia ice cubes and a half a teaspoon of this salt mix it together and it makes me feel great!!

The salt is delicious and beautiful. You definitely want to use smaller portions with this salt. The salt is more expensive but for me, it has last a long time due to using smaller portions. I will continue to purchase this.
