Great for home use

I've been using this for over 6 months now and absolutely love it. I set it to fine grinding when I grind the beans for espresso. It takes much longer to do this fine grind but the powder is super smooth and not warm. I also grind for the French press with this and that finishes in a jiffy. Very easy and intuitive to use. Easy to clean too. Works fine for over 6 months now.

Firstly full marks for the grinder . I had a bartazza encore grinder which acc to many is the holy grail of grinders but i found it to be terrible. It had a gasket and scre oins and way too many parts that needed assembling and used to get stuck and then got useless. This agari grinder is simple and powerful. Its easy to clean and just a couple of parts to assemble . The espresso grinds are uniform and my tecnira machine pulls a mean espresso shot. The only thing that perhaps i would want to ilprove is the lid of the hopper which does not fit and falls of and the fact that the holding jar shld have been rectangular rather than cylindrical. The timer function on this grinder is very good . Its small and fits amazingly in a very small space. Go for it !

This is an entry level coffee grinder meant for general use. Will not work for espresso. The grind is not uniform but acceptable at this price point. Produces a bit of fines that impacts the flavour. It is easy to overlook it's faults, again considering the price. The service though is lacking. Contacted suport well within the warranty period, was asked to submit videos of the issue. Did all that and then the conversation just petered off. Repeated reminders did not receive any response. Stuck now with a unit that looks almost new but does not work.
