Q: I have a blinking power light which I assume the filter needs to be replaced. How does the machine know that the filter is replaced. Is there a reset?

Hi there! When the Speed indicator keeps flashing in blue, it is a reminder to check and change the air filter. After replacing the filter, press and hold the sleep button for 5 seconds to reset the replacement reminder. If you have any problem, please feel free to contact us via support@airthereal.com.

Q: How much are the filters?

If and BIG IF you can find them as they are always out of stock….one filter is 20 bucks. Just one. Where as the purifier itself is only 40 bucks. Ridiculous
