I have bought a few of these. I have a bad back for traditionally ironing is painful to bend over so hanging clothes & standing to steam my clothes is less painful & super easy. My mother used mine to steam curtains after we moved state to state and she loved it so much I bought her her own steamer for her birthday and that woman irons EVERYTHING, even sheets!! Shes 74 years old so it is easy & convenient for her to use. My Dad commented that Mom is even looking for stuff to steam. Funny!

You honestly can’t be the price or what it compares to high dollar heavy ones! It’s functional and does the job! I no longer have to use my mini travel one and get 2 shirts done! I love that I don’t have to have a heavy metal handle or bottom tank! This is light weight and functional and I can do several blouses or whatever is needed! Only flaw is the hose! It’s sorta clunky stiff plastic type that hard to maneuver because it wants to go it’s own direction. I wish it was more flexible but otherwise it’s great! I just hope it can last a while since it’s cheap but so far so good!

I bought this product to have for my daughters wedding. I used it once when I purchased then had it in another room for day of the wedding to press mine and my daughters dress. When I used it kept shutting off every 5 seconds. The product did not work at all. I contacted company and they refused to take it back or refund me because I was past return window. Said it was user error. It’s not user error when the product shuts off while using. Horrible company that does not stand behind product. I guess it’s single use only or I got a lemon. Either way don’t buy from this company. I’ll be reaching out to Amazon to see if they can help.

I have had other steamers before and this one I am not a fan of, the water tank is small and wrinkles are not any easier to remove with the steamer than it is an iron. My bf has thick work dress shirts and no matter how many times I go over it I still see the wrinkles. The first photo is a thicker shirt and the second it thin material

I had it a little over a month and the product stopped pumping steam. I request a return or exchange and amazon/discounts marts refused and said sorry it’s been over a month so we can’t do anything for you. Never had such poor customer service for a defective product. Beware terrible product and customer service

I work at a women's boutique and our steamer stopped working so I brought my steamer, this one, it was new and still in the box. We were all so surprised at how amazing of a job it does! My boss ordered one just like this, same brand but more industrial. We all love our steamers! 😁
