This is the 3 product by Boss but this time it's our first time purchasing online. It's easy to use and easy to clean.No doubt product is good that's why I'm again buying it. I orderd and I recieved a damaged product + one blade was missing out of 4 blades so I put a replacement order. This time again one blade was missing but atleast I got a fresh product.Might be amazon should look into this.For new buyers: If you find something missing do put a replacement untill you get the complete product.

Good reliable brand, design flaws
everything ok, except for the small chutney maker. you cannot make any chutney in it as it does not have any seal and liquid flows out. only dry grinding can be done. main blender is good and works well.
