This is by far the best electric heated blanket I've ever purchased.It fits my standard double bed, reaching all the edges unlike many others that can have a gap at the bottom. I need to keep my feet warm so this does the trick.It's easy to use, with heat settings that match what you prefer. I find I don't need it on long before it's so toasty in my bed and that's on the medium setting. The high setting I hardly use as it's too hot for me. The low setting is great if your bedroom is very cold at night and to keep the chill away. I've used the timer setting and it works perfectly by switching off after the amount of hours you select, I tend to use the least amount of hours. The green light flashes once the timer has reached it's length of time and so you can just switch it off if you awake to see it doing so. It's very comfortable, it's padded more unlike many others.I don't lie on top of it like suggested, instead it's under my sheet. I've had no issues with this. It has straps to hold it in place but like anything you lie on top of it and it can shift about, but it's easily to remedy it and straighten it out.I highly recommend this blanket stick I've been using several months now with no issues.

I purchased this electric blanket as the reviews left on it were generally positive, there were just 10 reviews out of hundreds complaining of the blanket just stopping working & for me that was the better chance to take than others with images of burnt out plugs & open wiring on other electric blanket reviews here on Amazon.The controls are simple to use there’s basically a top a right & a left button & the the bottom is a slide on off option (pictured) so slide the bottom into the on position (obviously the other way is off again) & the screen will flash through the controls options then it stops with green letters & numbers flashing. So the left hand side button controls the heat so press once for H which is High Heat press again for M to be shown which is Medium Heat & press again for L which is you guessed it Low Heat, now on to the right button this button is for times so one press you get 12h on screen which is heating for twelve hours press again for 4h which is four hours & again for 2h for two hours heat. If you press the top button once you’ve slid the bottom button on it’ll say in red Preheat which is H 4h (high heat for four hours) & when any timing is over the screen goes back to flashing again (I personally turn mine off currently just before I get into bed as it has set a cosy temperature for me).It fits a double bed nicely with straps to go underneath your mattress to help secure it in place. Now many people have complained about this taking a while to heat up but I disagree with that & I’m not alone as it heats up pretty quickly but around the edges of the blanket they don’t really seem to heat up much at all, as for ideal timings & heating levels for your preferred comfort that one you’re going to have to figure out for yourself but it’s a great blanket, I’ve been using mine nightly now for just over a fortnight & it was a great purchase, it really was.

I has rather cold in the last couple months. I was fed up getting into bed shivering tossing and turning because I was always so cold.Wearing more layers is also uncomfortable. I do decided to do some research and got myself an electric blanket.Wow !! Best investment and a saviour.I usually turn it on at low setting before bed and it’s at the right temp the moment in hop in.Medium and Hot for me is too hot. And it heats up quickly in M and H so if you like it toasty then I would suggest a higher setting 15mins before you sleep.I decided to write a review after a month to give an honest update.Ever since I have had this blanket I fall into deep REM pretty much immediately.I feel better in the morning now having peaceful sleep without feeling the need to curl up in hope my body will warm me up!!Treat yourself. No need to buy really expensive blanketThis blanket one does what it says on the box.Very happy !!!

Bought this a couple of weeks backI know we were in the middle of a heat wave, but forward thinking paid off.Once I'd put the order through it arrived the very next day, extremely well packaged.Unboxed it and lay it out across my bed,This is a Double my bed is a king size and it fits perfectly,There is a strap top and bottom of the under blanket, and i must say holds it in place well,Put my matress protector over the top then fitted sheet, remade the bed and left it at that.Couple of weeks later, it has gone a lot colder and damper not only in the day time but through the night as well.I could have put the heating on but I'm trying to save money on heating cost's (aren't we all).Turned this on low 30 minutes before going to bed, and OMG, my bed is so warm and welcoming, I get hot through the night anyway so turn it off at the moment once I'm in bed, got to say it is so nice to get into a nice warm bed in the evening, the Wife loves it and we both fall asleep feels like so much quicker amd more comfortable.It has got different heat settings, and can be left on low through the night while your asleep to keep you nice and toasty, if thats what you prefer, we will be trying that once the frosts start appearing,This is a must have, if youve never owned a heated under blanket before, it will help to save money on heating the house when all you need is just your bed heating up,As an added bonus i have sciatica and hip pains, this actually soothes these and i awake in the mornings not actually in as much pain as i would normally.Love it so much we are going to buy the daughters one for Christmas.

I loved it all winter, absolutely fabulous item well worth the money and doesn't get overly hott like i have found with others. Will buy again!

How have I got not one before? Growing up in the 80’s filled me with deep fear of this kind of thing.Well, a lot of things actually. Bar heaters, STDs, train tracks, electric pylons, strangers……. Quicksand.But things have moved on and I have moved in to a 300 year old cottage and I need to find a way to keep warm.I have a king size bed, and it fits perfectly fine.I set it on medium for 2 hours as I fall asleep and I am wonderfully warm.If it’s on high I find I am too hot after a while.The blanket is warm to lay over, but doesn’t really spread out to warm the whole bed. I am single so it’s great for me as I am slap bang in the middle of it.But when there are two of us on the bed we may need to cuddle close to both get the benefit.I did think i would feel the bumps through the sheet, but it was not an issue.I do thing the controller is over sized, and wonder if one day this could be controlled by an app on your phone (and than also Alexa)Or of the controller could have a slightly longer lead.But. I am warm. It’s comfy. And it’s a solid purchase.

I bought one in 2024 just to see if it gave me pain relief from all the problems I have, which are back pain and arthritis and lots more problems I have to say this helps so much more than the expensive heated pads I have. I'm so happy to find something what will cover all the problems I have and I can have 12 hours of comfort and relief at the same time. Because I have a husband what gets too hot at nights I have tucked it under the bed so it's only a small amount of bed I have but that's ok for me it's enough for what I need. The cable is long enough for me to be able to have the controls to be at side of me on my chest of drawers.The controls are fab for me because it covers me for 12 hours I don't really need all that time for the H settings but I'm glad I can have all that time if I need it and I know it's save I have had my heat pads burn up if I had them on all that time. The heated pads have been twice as much as this under heated blanket so I'm really happy with my purchase. So if your looking for a really good underblacket don't look no farther and if your reading my review than you are thinking about buying this than do yourself a favour and buy this, if it's for you or someone else you will thank me in the long run 😉

Wish this did a count down rather than just showing however long it has been set for (2,4 or 12 hours) and definitely wish it would turn itself OFF when the time is up rather than flashing until you wake up and do it manually

Euro 2 pin plug instead of UK 3 pin plug. This was not anywhere (at least obvious) in the listing. Also did not work at all even with adapter, am returning. Shame as it looked like a really good blanket and functionality like timer etc

We’ve been using the product for about two months and it works well — it heats nicely, and the lowest setting is usually enough. The built-in timer is also a good feature.The only downside is the width: since it’s 130 cm and we are using it on a 160 cm bed, the part where the socket is located becomes uncomfortable when lying down. If the product were 140 or 150 cm wide, it would fit much better.
