Wantek USB Headset With Microphone For Laptop, PC Headphones With Mic Noise Cancelling, Computer Headsets With In-Line Volume Control & Mute, Compatible with Ms teams, Zoom, Webex, Office, Home

I’ve been using this headset for Zoom coaching calls for about two years now and it still works perfectly with no issues. The sound quality is clear on both ends, and the microphone picks up my voice well without background noise. It’s comfortable enough to wear for longer calls and feels sturdy rather than flimsy. A reliable, no-fuss headset that delivers excellent audio and has proven very durable over time.

Works perfectly well good sound quality. Ear cups a little small and there is not much adjustment on the microphone so can be a bit too close to the mouth.

I use these for work. Was a plug in and go situation, perfect for a technophobe like me. Super light weight and durable. They get flung in my work bag daily and bashed about and have lasted well!

I use the headphones to do online meetings in a busy open plan office, so I was a bit sceptical about the claim to have good noise cancelling function, but was pleasantly surprised. They are comfortable to wear (some of meetings are a couple of hours), offer good sound and, I am told, give clear and good audio output. The headphones seem quite robust and very portable. They are thrown in a laptop bag and carried into my place of work each day. I also like that the headphones come with three options for plugging into various devices. I use mine mainly for laptops via a USB port, but have tried them out with the other plug options too. At the moment there is little I don't like; however time will tell on the robustness, and I am not a sound aficionado so they only need to meet the online meeting brief, so cannot comment on quality if they are for music or other activities where a great quality of sound is necessary; but based on my needs, I would not hesitate to recommend these headphones

The headset is comfortable to wear. The quality of sound coming through the phones is good, but the microphone is unacceptably weak and, even on the highest volume of playback, what I have recorded on it is barely audible. From my point of view, that of recording language material, it is not entirely fit for purpose. I would not say that it has been a good purchase and I would not buy it again.

Dreadful! Despite carefully leaving them on a desk between uses these lasted less than 6 weeks before the mic broke. Tried contacting Amazon only to find you have to contact a 3rd party, who don’t bother to acknowledge emails let alone reply to them. Over priced crap & shocking customer service. Don’t waste your money! Durability: Rubbish! Even with careful care 6 week life span Microphone functionality: Customers often said I was cutting in & out, sounded like I was under water or a dalek Ease of setup: Took an hour to get it to link in with MS Teams.

Work well. Good clarity and comfortable

Well made and works well,

Having worn out several Panasonic headsets like this, I decided I'd try a less expensive alternative. Glad I did. The quality is on par with, or better than, the Panasonic versions that I've had (KX-TCA430). Voice quality and volume levels (on both ends) are as good or better. The mute is a sliding switch. At first I expected to really dislike it as I was used to the Panny's push button. However I find that if you're muting yourself for more than a couple of seconds, the sliding switch is much better. Not having to hold a button in the entire time you're coughing or having a quick side conversation during a conference call is a nice plus. The only issue, and it's minor, is the tension is a tiny, TINY bit tight on my noggin. That said, I've had LONG conversations with this on and never once thought about it. No pain or discomfort even after extended calls. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this headset, especially for the price. Time will tell, but based on its construction and appearance, I expect it to last through several years of moderate use. In fact, I think I'll buy at least one more as a backup!

We're using these in the office and they are working really well. Great sound, comfortable as well. Was the best option that we found compatible with our phones.

I needed to replace the headset that I use for my portable phone and thought i'd try this model. It was more money, not as comfortable and the volume wasn't as loud as my previous headset. This model fit tighter on my head even though it is adjustable. I wouldn't want to have to wear it for extended periods of time. UPDATE Oct 02 2021: I was contacted by the seller who asked me if I would like to try a different model and share my experience with it. The model that was sent to me was exactly what I was originally looking for! The model has an adjustable fit, now making it comfortable for long periods of wear and my voice is clearer now than even my old favorite brand from a different company! One of the features that it has is that one can MUTE the microphone with an ON/OFF switch if you are wearing the headset for lengthy and more 'public' calls. All in all, super impressed by the features and quality of the headset. In the future, I will be looking for products by Wantek especially now that I know they really care about their products and the service that they provide their customers. (I have an older model Panasonic with a 2.5 jack.)
