Completely silent and effortless rotation. It didn't break when i tested it with 200+ lbs, so it should be safe enough for the kids.

Nice bit of kit
The media could not be loaded. Seems really solid and well made. I'm using it to hang a 130lbs heavy bag to avoid wear on the mount and straps. Shows no sign of bending or strain and I can turn the bag with the gentlest push (see video). It's kind of cool seeing how low friction those bearings are and how long the bag keeps slowly spinning down. Really satisfied.

A great swivel for tree swings
We used it for our kids tree swing and it works great! Stops the rope from twisting and untwisting repeatedly - which ends up ruining the integrity of the rope.
