I have a problem with underwear, more like my butt has the problem -underwear always rides up. Then I have this bunch of fabric shoved in my crack and I have to either suffer or embarrass myself. So I choose to regularly wear thongs. They're most comfortable for me. However, finding the right style is an issue. Most of the time elastic is cutting in to me or they're not very breathable.
