Well Made, packaging was perfect.
As far as the shipping it was very good. It was snowing the day it arrived so I was concerned it was going to get wet sitting on the porch. The packaging was so well done there was no issues even if it had to sit in the rain. Large outer box, standard guitar box inside of that and the guitar was inside that protected by the gig bag provided by Vangoa. Paper covered the guitar inside of that. It took me a while to get her tuned but after that it was just playing music. As far as the guitar itself it truly is a value. 12 string guitars are notoriously more difficult to play than a 6 string. I have played a few 12 strings in my time. This one has a very tight feel. I think once I change the strings to a lighter string set it will free it up. The strings that came on her are factory 10ga-12ga I am going to change them to a very light string once the factory ones begin to wear. The body is beautiful. The front is a natural color the sides and rear are darker and a different species of wood. For the money you can't go wrong here. Top to bottom they did a nice job with this one. I do think the tuners could be better. There are a few that are really tight although there are others that turn very easily. It stays in tune very well. Winter is hard on a guitar. Cold, warm, humidity and playing style all play a factor in tuning. The electronics are well done as well. Built-in tuner works very good. I had 2 clip on tuners in order to be certain the tuning was good and everything was matched and collaboration was sound. I didn't want to spend 1000.oo bucks on a 12 string. I don't much care about branding. This guitar company has focused on the quality f their acoustic guitars. This is my second Vangoa. The first was a 6 string with no electronics at all. The tone is as good as my significantly more expensive acoustic guitar. The neck of the 12 string is very good. All fret ends are filed smooth. The body has a couple of blemishes from knots in the wood. It still looks great. If you are playing regular gigs or just having a campfire this one will do the trick. The controls on the electronics are pretty extensive. I am still sorting out the options there. If you want a 12 string to add to a collection this is definitely a great buy.

Good 12 String Acoustic at a fair price.
If you're looking for a 12 string acoustic guitar on a budget, this is a great option. The guitar is not without its flaws though. The bridge is actually held on by 3 tiny screws which have bolts that tighten on the inside. The problem there is that there are no washers to keep them for digging into the top. The fret work is actually really good and the inlay on the fretboard is done very well. The tuners although sealed, are not as good as say a set of Grover tuners, but will get the job done. The electronics are surprisingly good. I wouldn't use them for recording, but if you wanted to gig with this guitar you'd be all set. The built in tuner is a really nice feature as well as is comparable to a snark tuner with its display. All in all if you need a 12 string that won't break the bank this is a good place to start. I have added Grover tuners to mine and will be replacing the frets with stainless steel in the very near future. With just a few upgrades and this Vangoa would be comparable to entry level Ibanez, Fender and even Yamaha 12 strings that are about twice the price. A good buy.

A well built guitar for not much money
Most twelve strings are a bit difficult to play. However, this Advanced unit by Vangoa is one of the easiest I have ever played. The construction is very good and the guilar is beautiful and came out of the box without any flaws whatsoever. It sounds quite good, especially when plugged into an acoustic amplifier.. I would not recommend a twelve string of any type for a beginner, but for the intermediate or advanced player, it is a fine instrument at a very attractive price. Well done.

CRACKED NECK BEWARE!!
Guitar Arrived ! I did not except much, but it looked good! Until I looked real close and found a crack in the neck. and I have not played it yet . Crack starts right at the nut and works itself down the neck about three inches, I looked at the other side same thing not as bad but it's cracked and will only get worse. Value Worthless !! Waste of money... I would put a photo of it but it's black and hard to see so it won't help...

Good Sounding Guitar
This is a nice guitar. It sounds good, looks beautiful, feels good, and plays good after some adjustments. I had to adjust the truss rod little by little over a few days. But it settled in and plays pretty good for a 12 string. It takes some hand strength for a 12 string. Holds tuning well for a 12 string. Tuning changes a little each day, but I can usually tune it, play a few tunes, and it does fine. I'm still using the strings it came with. I had to replace the Capo that came with it for a Kyser 12 string capo. The gig bag is pretty good, better than I expected. For the price, this is a good intro acoustic 12 string.

Can’t beat it for the price.
As a 17 year player, I have owned many different guitars. I previously owned a middle of the road Fender 12 string that I bought new for about 750. I sold it about 10 years ago and this is the first 12 string I’ve purchased since. My daily player is a Taylor 414ce. This guitar has exceeded my expectations. The clarity and brightness is that of a 500-800 dollar guitar. It took a bit of acclimating for it to hold tune, and some of the strings broke right off initial tuning, but I had already had a set of my strings of choice ready to replace. I haven’t played it thru an amp, but I’m very happy with the quality and construction. Neck feels nice, frets are not sharp or jagged and the action was basically perfect from unboxing. Now keep in mind, it is a sub 300 guitar. The tuners are not super great but it does the job.

Missing Guitar case!
I just received and unpacked my order. It is a beautiful guitar and seems quite durable. However, I am disappointed that the guitar case did not come in the package. All the other accessories came but not the case. I'm uncertain how to contact the seller and hope they will see this review.
