This is no magic pill. It's very helpful to support my weight loss journey. I took these for a month along with walking 3 miles daily and eating healthy. I lost 10 pounds and didn't feel hungry. Esto si quita el apetito me hace tomar agua e ir al baño un poco más floja el primer día super bien el segundo día me dio mareo tuve que comer un pedazo pequeño de chocolate creo que se bajo mucho mi azúcar pero en vista de que si funciona no me quise dar por vencida y al día siguiente intente tomar solo la mitad de la pastilla una entera era mucho para mi es de 800ml pero para mi es mucho probé con la mitad y ya no sentí mareos me fue bien ahora solo es seguir la dieta es muy pronto para saber si he bajado de peso solo llevo tres días pero si quita el apetito no provoca comer nada ni dulces ni comida superrrr jeje

I didn't think I had an issue with metabolism, but I've been trying multiple different things to cure low energy (I suppose I could see a doctor? Nah). This product has boosted my energy incredibly. Bonus, it's so much cheaper than any other method I've tried. Combine this with a workout, healthy diet etc and you can lose weight very quickly and have tons of energy. My yard has never looked better LOL

Works well at controlling apoetite

This is not mental health friendly. It helped to do everything it states but interacted terribly with my depression and anxiety. Be wary and don’t take if you have any mental illness.

I just got my bottle yesterday took it today after eating breakfast by the time lunch came I only was able to eat like 3 bites of my lunch and got super full!! Praying it helps to support my binge eating and to lose weight and feel more energetic.
