I like these cod liver oil capsules as you can take up to 3 a day they are a bit smelly but I think thats because there's a large amount of capsules in one tub!! The size of the tablet is quite big but very easy to swallow !! Taste a bit off putting !! Quality , good!! Skin softness great as i can see the difference already given you can take 3 a day !! Definitely value for the money !! Ill be buying more as i like the effectiveness on my body and face !! Thank you 😊
