40 days ago I ordered this product and after properly installing and using it under normal conditions, the hinge separated from the head while properly cleaning under the heads.Unable to reattach the hinge to the head without it falling out again. Due to Amazons return policy I am unable to get it replaced and thus forced to order a new one, which I am reluctant to do as this is a poor design being used under normal circumstances. Not a good value for the money

Perfect fit, but blades don't seem as good as original
This head is a perfect fit to my razor. The floating heads in my original razor were damaged when I dropped the razor, and this new head solved that problem. But I think the blades from Norelco were a little better quality and gave a closer shave, so I swapped out the new blades and replaced them with the original blades from my razor.
