ProsourceFit Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set for Back/Neck Pain Relief and Muscle Relaxation

Laid on back and then each side for my hips for a total of 30 minutes. Also sat and did about 5 minutes for bare feet. And then 8 minutes for neck and shoulders.I have fibromyalgia and previously broken tail bone and arthritis. I was t boned by a drunk driver and in constant pain but like to use natural remedies.These mats are amazing. Well made and great quality. I let it sit out flat for about 3 hours to get the foam all ready after I opened the package.Will buy again!Also recommend it to two friends who are ordering this today.I’m 5’9 about 190lbs and show the size of the mat. I wish I got the double one but this will work for now. Zero complaints.It Awesome!!!

I've never bothered to leave a review for a product before now. This THING though? A heaven send. I was very skeptical of how much use I would get out of it- I've had it 3 months now and let me tell you, this thing is a game changer. I use it for any and all back aches 10/10 helps every time. Laying on it sucks, but it's so worth it.I threw my back out picking up my toddler and I thought it was game over for me for the rest of the week. Ice pack, medicine, no relief. I remember this mat- this little magical thing. So I grabbed it and laid down for 20-30 min, when I got up my spine was relaxed - it cracked & popped. And wow. I'm almost back at 100%. Never in my life has something helped so quickly with back pain. 10/10 so wonderful I actually went back through my order history to write up this review.

We call this an accu-pokey. For under $30 this is a pretty good set. I have used the back mat while sitting on the couch watching TV, driving long hours, but my favorite it laying on it in bed - it takes a minute getting used to it but I have often fallen asleep on it.I was originally looking at another brand and will maybe upgrade in the future, but for now this one has done the job well and helped ease my lower back pain.

I've had this mat for five years, and used it 2-4 times per month. It's still holding up great after all that usage and time. The foam insert is yellowing but is still soft and pliable.I'm 6'2" and find the coverage fine. I'm 340 pounds so my body really presses into the mat. I still find the initial few moments of laying on the mat almost unbearably painful. But push through that and something magical happens - I can feel warmth as blood rushes to the area. I can feel my muscles almost "melt," and eventually a deep "pop" as my spine finally relaxes - better than a chiropractor! I often doze off on the mat.I find the experience intense, but very therapeutic. Knowing how it works on my body makes the initial discomfort easily manageable. If you were to "fight" against the pain by getting MORE tense, it wouldn't work. You have to give yourself over to the process.Anyway - five years in and this thing still works like a charm! Great investment that I'm very happy with.

I was so excited for this I suffer daily from extreme pain after having 7 spine surgeries. The pain is so bad .So as soon as I read the reviews how people were getting relief I hit the put in cart button immediately.I anxiously awaited for the arrival watching the little truck get closer and closer and as soon as the truck arrived my caretaker came in with the package! Yay I said ! We opened it and as he helped me get down we noticed that the spikes were coming off. Sure enough 6 of the spikes were hanging off . I will try and sew them back on however I’m not sure if they will stay . Keep your fingers crossed because this girl really needs some pain relief and fast !

WOULD RECOMMEND TO BUY!! This is honestly one of the best investments I could have made. It does take some time to getting use to ofc but it’s worth it. I lay on this mat 30-40 minutes before bed and have the best sleep afterwards. I also stand on it for 4-6 minutes and it feels so amazing, it hurts but feels really good at the same time.

I'm a trucker and there's not a single part of my body that trucking hasn't damaged, even my hands. ESPECIALLY my hands. I come home and I'm in so much pain and so exhausted that I lay down on the couch and can barely get up until I have to leave again. This thing is AMAZING. If you're a trucker, or do any other kind of hard labor, just get one. Throw it on the couch and use it. I mean, USE the pillow to massage into your aching hands - tops and palms, press it gently into your knees or any other part of your body that hurts. Massage your head with it by pressing it gently into your whole cranium, top, sides, ears, back, forehead, even your cheeks. Put the pillow behind your neck and lay on it and FEEL the relief, and the release of tension. Press it into the bottoms (and tops) of your feet. Whatever hurts, put it there. This is something you can do for your pain when you're in too much pain to do anything for your pain.I almost didn't get one because I thought, "What can a prickly pillow covered with plastic buttons do for the kind of pain I live with?" Just get one. If you're OTR (over the road) doubly get one and bring it with you in your truck. You will be glad you spent the few bucks on it.

I love the product but, the pictures show two sizes. They show regular and large. The description says large and does not give an option to choose the size. I wanted a large. They show it reaching parts of your legs. The one I received only makes it to my pelvic bone.
