Helps stretch my neck works great

Great Temporary Traction
This product is pretty cool and offers some relief to those of us who have neck injuries or bone spurs we like to get relief from every no and again. This certainly does not take the place of modern medicine but may be able to keep you off the surgical table for a while. I do wish it was made with better materials. The pump bulb is pretty cheap, and the air bladders while well designed, they are made of thin cheap vinyl. For those of us needing more vigorous cervical traction, it needs to be made a little heavier but it does work. Great for certain headaches and issues brought on by neck problems.

No benefit & no instructions.
I have not gotten any benefit from this but I don't really know how to use it. It came without a word of instruction.

It was a poor copy of the original. I couldn't use it and had to send it back. It wouldn't go together correctly or even stay because of the poor quality.
