Helps me sleep

Save your money!! This product does absolutely nothing. I gave it a try for about 4 days if anything my heart rate was faster and my blood pressure went extremely high. This was not mixed with any other medications except a Centrum vitamin taken hours apart from the Relaxium. A huge disappointment.

I haven’t used can’t handle the taste

I believe it is me that has a problem because I have been fighting stress and anxiety for the last 40 to 50 years! So I did try this, but it really didn’t do much for me. I am one of those that don’t sleep well and everything that helps other people people sleep does not help me sleep, so I’m not blaming the product but I’m just being honest. if someone is like me and has a hard time sleeping, this might not work for them but I would say give it a try!

As someone who unfortunately lives in today's society and suffers through the human experience on a day to day basis, I think it's an understatement to say I occasionally experience spikes of anxiety. Back in my teens, I used to take a prescription to manage it but I'm not really a fan of pharmaceuticals these days and I tend to gravitate toward more natural solutions when they're available. I'm so glad I stumbled upon Relaxium's CALM capsules, because all of their products have seemed to work pretty well so far! Taking these allowed me to cut several other supplements out of my lineup, and I love that they're both vegan AND gluten free (a must for me!) As with anything else of this nature, if you're taking any prescription medications I would check with your pharmacist to make sure nothing in this would interact poorly with that. I have had zero issues or side effects, and will continue to buy them here in the future!

I found myself going through a difficult time in my life due to family related issues as well as caring for a loved one. I was so anxious and overwhelmed that when I saw the word “Calm” on the bottle it caught my attention. After looking at the ingredients, I realized this may not only help my situation but actually be beneficial for my overall health. I couldn’t wait to try it. I was so desperate and this seemed like it was exactly what I needed. On top of that, I am very health conscious and will not take any pharmaceuticals unless absolutely necessary so this would be a good, healthy alternative. The results were amazing!!!!. Almost immediately I felt a sense of relaxation come over me while at the same time I felt more energetic. I was able to deal with my situation more clearly and confidently. The best way I can define it is that it was an awesome MOOD BOOSTER. Thank you Dr. Ciliberti for helping me through a stressful time in my life. I will continue to take this product for its health benefits. Needless to say, I highly recommend this product!!!
