Review: I don't want to talk bad about the product, just read my review and you will understand. - I don't want to talk bad about the product when I own a Maine Coon, they are super intelligent and mine figured out that if she stuck her face near the label that says peel here, she could unstick it from my headboard. Hence my whole problem with her. Scratch posts are available for her, but for some reason she just loves my headboard. The concept is great and it did work at first she hated the stickiness but was determined to use my headboard as scratch pad. I do recommend you give this product a try. You may have luck with it that I did not. Plus, if you are cat owner, you just get what I am saying about them figuring things out.
Review: Scratch protector that really works - This cat scratch furniture protector really works! My cat has destroyed one of our chairs. I put this protector on and watched him try to scatch his way through it. His claws just slid right off. I haven't seen him try to scratch again. The sheets are large to cover the side and arms of the chairs. I like that it can also be cut down to size. It's easy to peel the protective strip off the adhesive side. It's easy to use. I'll start covering all the rest of my furniture now.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Effective and Practical Couch Scratch Deterrent for Cats
*by F***A on February 3, 2024*

As a cat owner, I have been struggling for quite some time to find a solution to prevent my furry friend from scratching my couch. Thankfully, I stumbled across a couch scratch deterrent specifically designed for cats, and I have been pleased with its effectiveness. Firstly, what impressed me the most about this product is its simplicity in design. It consists of transparent adhesive sheets that can be easily applied to the areas of the couch most prone to scratching. The sheets blend seamlessly with the couch, and they are barely noticeable. This feature is great for those who want to preserve the aesthetics of their furniture while minimizing damage caused by their cats. The adhesive sheets are thick enough to withstand even the most vigorous scratching attempts. This is vital as other products I've tried in the past would get easily torn, rendering them ineffective. With this deterrent, my couch has remained unscathed even after months of use. One thing to note is that the deterrent may need reapplication after a certain period of time. The manufacturer recommends replacing the adhesive sheets every three to four weeks, depending on the cat's scratching behavior. Although this may seem like a drawback, the affordability of replacement sheets eases any concerns about the ongoing cost. Moreover, the deterrent is entirely harmless to both cats and furniture. It does not involve any unpleasant odors or get in the way of daily activities. I also appreciate the fact that it does not leave any residue or damage the couch when removed. In terms of effectiveness, the deterrent has undeniably reduced scratching significantly. My cat was initially deterred by the sticky surface and quickly learned to avoid the protected areas. Over time, she formed new scratching habits in more appropriate locations, such as a designated scratching post. While this couch scratch deterrent is effective, practical, and reasonably priced, it does have a minor drawback in terms of the duration of its effectiveness. However, this can be easily dealt with by staying on top of the replacement schedule. All in all, this product has truly reduced my cat's interest in scratching my couch and provided a much-needed solution to protecting my furniture. In conclusion, I highly recommend this couch scratch deterrent for any cat owner who is seeking a simple and efficient solution to preserve their couch from their cat's scratching tendencies. It strikes the right balance between effectiveness, practicality, and affordability, making it an excellent investment for both you and
