smelly opening the package
The material of this heating pad is smooth to touch and feel comfortable. Came with cradle which is nice addition. The heat is working great. I don't think I will be able to go beyond the level 1 heat setting. Overall the product is okay except that it has a weird smell which I didn't like it much. I had to wash it first before using it. Even after the first wash I was able to smell something weird. Hope it goes away after 2nd wash.

Disappointed
I bought 2 of them thinking that a face cradle came with it since it is shown clearly in the picture with a face cradle. Buyer beware it does NOT come with the face cradle.It seems soft and I have not plugged it in yet to see how it heats up since I just opened the box.Picture needs to be revised and the face cradle needs to be taken out of the picture all together. Or have it clearly stat that it does NOT come with the table watmer!
