Ordered 5 pairs of this item (all the same size -40 waste). Received each pair on a different day of the week, and the 1st pair fit perfect, but the next pair (same size) was very tight on the waste. Out of the 5 pairs, 2 fit perfect, and the other 3 are very tight on the waste. Not sure why when ordering the same size, they all fit differently. I would assume poor manufacturing and quality control in a China factory. I usually don't complain if deficiencies are met by good customer service, so I first emailed customer service. I received a reply from a guy who seemed to be emailing in broken English telling me to give him a 5 star because it is a new business, and he has a new son. I am like OK great, so can you fix my issue, and he was like yes the problem is fixed. I was like OK, how did you fix it? Are you going to send me a new pair that fits? I never received a reply, except a new email again asking for a good rating because it is a new business and he has a son. I believe there was a break down in communication because of language barriers, which I try to be patient of. However, when paying money for something, and not receiving what is expected, there has to be a way to communicate to resolve issues, so until my issue is resolved the rating will stand.
