The grip is well made and is sturdy. It really helps with the ergonomics and to feel assured when you're holding the camera in hand. One key thing I appreciate is the cutout around the SD card panel. I had a half-case that I also bought and tried out. But the problem was the half-case's cut out made it nearly impossible to remove the SD card from the slot. However, in the case of the JJC hand grip, that's not a problem at all. Removing the battery works fine as well. For the money, the JJC hand grip is the best one available. The handle is nicely made, fits extremely well with camera. The built quality is their, and it’s definitely a 5 star product. Im giving it a 4 star because i think JCC can improve this. Since the handle pcs is technically an attachment tighten by a screw. Adding an interchangeable handle or options to buy different finishes allow so much options.
