This was very helpful I got this for an opiate addict that I knew and it worked very well it helped ease the pain if you are an opiate attic go to a methadone clinic go see a doctor however if you're trying to help yourself out in the middle of the night this worked I of course took it but I have lots of vitamin c I didn't feel any superiority in the vitamin category for me and normal person but it did really help better for the opiate addict. I'm not a doctor I don't pretend to be a doctor and if you have an opiate addiction go right away to a methadone clinic you don't have to withdrawal.

Easy to swallow , was great choice , high absorbency

I highly recommend this product. Despite the cheap price, it is the real deal. When emptying a capsule into water and baking soda, it does not react and instead forms a milky substance(the lecithin) which means it's fully encased in the phospholipids. Normally ascorbic acid would fizz uncontrollably when mixed with baking soda ;)

As vitamin C supplement, I can see myself using this regularly. This product has a very mild taste and definitely helped to boost my immune system enough to get rid of the stubborn remnants of my dry cough from a cold I caught a little while ago.
